7 Brew secret menu 2026: 80 drinks and how to order them
Yes, 7 Brew has a secret menu. The chain confirms it on its support page and tells guests to ask their Brewista. Nothing is printed on a board, so you order by naming a base and the flavors you want. Below are 80 drinks with recipes, plus a note on which ones 7 Brew now prints on its own menu.
That second part matters. Checking the chain’s menu PDF and nutrition guide shows that many drinks fan guides call secret, such as Funnel Cake, Nightshade and Pink Mermaid, are official names today. Other lists mix those with unconfirmed recipes and add prices and calories that 7 Brew does not publish for custom drinks. This guide separates the two.

What is the 7 Brew secret menu?
The secret menu is a set of named drinks built from the flavors, sauces and bases that stands already use. It is not a hidden board. Fans share the recipes on social media and Reddit, and some of the names have since made it onto 7 Brew’s real menu.
7 Brew’s own FAQ settles the basic question in one line: “Yes! We do have a secret menu.” The same page tells guests to ask a Brewista, which is 7 Brew’s word for a barista, and says there are over 20,000 possible flavor combinations.
Because fans coin the names, one name can carry two recipes. Crème Brûlée is a good example. One guide builds it with English toffee and another with salted caramel. Not every Brewista or stand will know every fan name either, so the safest order always includes the flavors, not only the name.
You will see the same list called the 7brew secret menu, the seven brew secret menu, the secret menu 7 brew, and the 7 Brew hidden menu. They all mean these custom builds.
How to order from the secret menu
- Pick a base. Coffee (latte, breve, mocha, macchiato or cold brew), 7 Energy, 7 Fizz, lemonade, smoothie, shake, or tea and chai.
- Give the size and how you want it: hot, iced, or as a chiller, which is 7 Brew’s word for a frozen, blended drink.
- Say the name, then the flavors. If the Brewista knows the drink, you save a sentence. If not, the flavors do the work.
- Add changes. 7 Brew’s menu lets you add an extra shot, set sweetness at 1/4, 1/2, regular or extra, swap in oat, coconut or almond milk, add cream, whipped cream or cold foam, and finish with a white chocolate, dark chocolate or caramel drizzle.
- If the line is long, 7 Brew says you can order ahead in its app at participating stands and pay at the drive-thru. The app needs a 7 Brew Rewards account to place an order. Check that the flavors you want can be selected there, and order at the window if they cannot.
Three scripts that work:
- “Medium iced Funnel Cake macchiato.” This one is on the real menu, so the name is enough.
- “Large 7 Energy with blue raspberry, pomegranate and lavender.” That is a Nightshade, and giving the flavors covers a stand that does not use the name.
- “Small strawberry smoothie with watermelon and coconut. Pink Mermaid.”
A stand can run out of a syrup, so have a backup flavor ready.
How 7 Brew drinks are built
Every drink comes down to four choices: base, flavors, milk and temperature. A latte is espresso with steamed milk. A breve swaps in half and half, which makes it richer. A mocha adds chocolate. A macchiato is milk topped with espresso.
The 7 Originals are on the official menu, not the secret one, and many secret drinks start from one of them. 7 Brew’s own pages list these seven:

Each is served hot, iced or as a frozen chiller. German Chocolate and White Chocolate now appear on the menu PDF as mocha flavor options. The name “7 Brew” comes from the first menu, which had seven coffee drinks, and the first stand opened in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017, according to Wikipedia.

Secret menu drinks that are now official
Fan builds sometimes become real menu items, and 7 Brew’s own files show it. Three sources are worth knowing. The menu PDF at 7brew.com/7-brew-menu.pdf prints named drinks with their flavors. The nutrition guide at 7brew.com/nutrition-guide.pdf lists official drinks by size and by hot, iced or frozen chiller. And individual drink pages sit under 7brew.com/menu.

Two older examples fit the same pattern. In December 2023, 7 Brew revealed a limited Holidaze collection with Holiday Punch 7 Energy, Mistletoe Chai Latte and Candy Cane Cold Brew, according to its 2024 press release. All three names also appear on fan lists.
One catch applies to every row above. The menu PDF and nutrition guide give names, and the PDF gives flavors for some, but neither gives a full syrup recipe for every drink. A fan recipe under the same name can differ from what the stand pours.
7 Brew coffee secret menu
Coffee builds work best as a latte, breve, macchiato or chiller. Choose a breve for a richer cup and a latte for a lighter one.
Funnel Cake
7 Brew describes its Funnel Cake Macchiato as “all the sweet, nostalgic goodness of a fairground funnel cake,” made with milk and topped with espresso. It comes hot, iced or as a chiller. The page does not list the syrups.
Tasting Table, which says the flavor was once only part of the secret menu, reports salted caramel, white chocolate and vanilla. A few older fan guides list plain chocolate instead of white chocolate, so give the flavors if your Brewista hesitates.
Taste is a matter of opinion here. The Tasting Table reviewer disliked the drink, said it was nothing like a real funnel cake and compared it to a candle.
French Vanilla
French Vanilla is a cappuccino flavor on the menu PDF. Fan guides build it from vanilla and caramel in a latte or breve, which is also the flavor pair in a Blondie. Ordered as a latte, it is the lighter version.
Crème Brûlée
The menu PDF lists Crème Brûlée as a latte flavor. Fan guides build it from toasted marshmallow and vanilla, plus English toffee in one guide and salted caramel in another. It suits a breve or a chiller. This is the drink where saying the flavors out loud matters most.
Raspberry Truffle
Raspberry and white chocolate over iced or hot coffee, according to fan guides. If you prefer a darker truffle, ask for regular chocolate in place of the white chocolate. Skip it if you dislike sweet drinks, because both flavors are sweet.
Banana Bread
Banana Bread Mocha is now a 7 Original: espresso, banana, hazelnut and the mocha mix. The secret version is a Blondie with banana and hazelnut added. A former barista writing for Tasting Table ranked it first among nine 7 Brew coffee drinks. A Reddit comment quoted in the same piece says it tastes different from stand to stand and works best in a large.
Lavender Bliss
Lavender and vanilla syrup in a latte. Oat milk keeps the floral taste from feeling heavy, according to one guide. A second list gives the same flavors the name Cloud 9, which is also a matcha latte flavor on the menu PDF.
7 Brew energy drinks secret menu

Seven named 7 Energy drinks are already official, and the menu PDF prints their flavors:

The menu PDF flavors settle two disputes in fan guides. One list gives Nightshade blackberry in place of pomegranate, and another gives Sunrise orange, mango and peach. The chain’s own PDF says otherwise in both cases.
Midnight Rain
Blue raspberry and blackberry. Three separate guides list the same two flavors, which makes it one of the safer fan recipes to read out. Midnight Rain does not appear on the menu PDF. One list also uses it on a lemonade.
Other fan builds
Dragon’s Blood is cherry and blue raspberry. Love Potion is passionfruit, strawberry and kiwi. Lucky 7 is kiwi and lime, and one guide adds green apple. Tiger’s Blood is coconut and strawberry, and 7 Brew prints it as Tiger’s Blood Piña Colada. Blood Orange is orange and pomegranate, and it is also a 7 Fizz Soda in the nutrition guide. Georgia Peach is peach and strawberry in fan guides, while the menu PDF lists Georgia Peach as a tea flavor. You can switch most of these to a fizz or lemonade if you want the flavor without caffeine.
Is 7 Energy Red Bull?
Many people search for the 7 Brew secret menu with Red Bull, so the question comes up. 7 Brew’s 7 Energy page describes it as a signature drink and does not mention Red Bull or list ingredients. If the brand matters to you, ask at the stand.
Sweet & Salty is on the menu, not the secret menu
Some fan lists put Sweet & Salty with the secret drinks, and “sweet and salty 7 brew” is a name many people search for. It is one of the 7 Originals, and 7 Brew describes it as bold espresso, salted caramel, white chocolate and the breve mix. It is served hot, iced or as a chiller, and the nutrition guide lists a Sweet & Salty Breve and a sugar-free one.
You can change it like any other drink. Order it iced, as a chiller, or ask for a latte base if you want a lighter cup. 7 Brew says every 7 Original can be made with sugar-free flavors, and that includes this one.
Smoothies, shakes, fizz and lemonade
Smoothies, shakes, fizzes and lemonades are caffeine free, according to 7 Brew’s FAQ. That makes them the easiest secret drinks to hand to a kid or to order late in the day.
Pink Mermaid is strawberry, watermelon and coconut, and works as a smoothie, a fizz or an energy drink. It is also a 7 Fizz Soda in the nutrition guide, along with Blood Orange, Brew Lagoon and Peaches ‘n Cream. Brew Lagoon is blue raspberry, lime and coconut on the menu PDF.
Fan guides add a few that 7 Brew does not print. Monster Mash is a smoothie with blue raspberry, lavender and pomegranate, which is Nightshade without the caffeine. Bubble Gum is banana, strawberry and vanilla in a strawberry shake. Cherry Limeade, from one guide, is cherry, lime and lemon on a fizz or lemonade. One guide’s Tropical Thunder is a mango smoothie with pineapple syrup and coconut milk, close to the mango and pineapple flavors 7 Brew prints for Tropic Thunder.
Tea, chai and matcha
The menu PDF lists three tea flavors: Georgia Peach, Hula and Cherry Blossom. Fan guides give Cherry Blossom as iced tea with peach and cherry. Sundowner Iced Tea, from one guide, is black iced tea with peach and lemon.
For chai, the menu PDF lists Brewchata, Sugar Cookie and Salted Honey as chai latte flavors. Fan guides describe Brewchata as chai with brown sugar cinnamon, vanilla and almond milk, and two lists agree. They describe Salted Honey Chai as salted caramel and honey. London Fog, from fan guides, is half Earl Grey tea and half steamed milk with vanilla, and it is not on the menu PDF. The matcha latte flavors printed there are Strawberry, Cereal Milk and Cloud 9.
7 Brew sugar free secret menu
Everything here comes from 7 Brew’s own FAQ unless noted. The chain offers sugar-free flavors and a Sugar-Free 7 Energy, and all of its 7 Originals can be made with sugar-free flavors. The nutrition guide lists sugar-free versions of Funnel Cake Macchiato Latte, Raspberry Truffle Macchiato Latte, French Vanilla Cappuccino, Snickerdoodle Mocha, Brewberry, Ocean Breeze and Sunrise 7 Energy, and Peaches ‘n Cream 7 Fizz Soda, among others. The menu PDF notes that choosing a sugar-free flavor may not make the whole drink sugar free.

The vegan rule rules out several popular secret drinks. Funnel Cake, Raspberry Truffle, Cookies and Cream, S’mores and Birthday Cake all use white chocolate or dark chocolate in the recipes above. Nightshade, Midnight Rain, Dragon’s Blood, Tiger’s Blood and Love Potion do not. That rule is about flavors only. Ask your Brewista about the base and toppings, and check the stand’s allergen chart.
Fan lists also name a sugar-free build called Beyonce, made with caramel, hazelnut and vanilla, though only two guides mention it.
What’s new: fall 2026 and the 2025 list
If you are looking for the 7 Brew secret menu 2025 list, guides dated 2025 and 2026 share most of the same names. The official side is what moves.
The fall 2026 menu launched on September 1 with five limited drinks, according to launch coverage:
- Original Pumpkin Blondie Breve, a Blondie built on vanilla, caramel and pumpkin
- Drizzled Apple 7 Brew Energy Frozen Chiller, frozen 7 Energy with green apple and a caramel drizzle swirl
- Caramel Apple Pie Macchiato, espresso and whole milk with caramel apple pie flavors and an apple butter drizzle
- Apple Butter Chai, chai spices and apple butter topped with whipped cream and an apple butter drizzle
- Pumpkin Roll Shake, a shake with pumpkin roll flavor, brown sugar cinnamon and white chocolate, topped with whipped cream and a pumpkin drizzle
The apple energy chiller sits close to a fan build called Caramel Apple Energy (green apple, caramel drizzle and sweet cream cold foam). One list also names pumpkin builds, including Salted Pumpkin (salted caramel and pumpkin) and Magic Pumpkin (Smooth 7 with pumpkin). Those need pumpkin flavor, which stands carry only part of the year. Do secret menu drinks cost more, and what are the calories?
7 Brew does not publish a price list online. Its FAQ says a menu with pricing is at your local stand and that prices vary slightly by location. A custom drink has no published price, so ask what each addition costs before you stack flavors. Plant milk costs nothing extra, according to 7 Brew. Calories work differently. The FAQ says 7 Brew has no nutrition document online, yet the chain hosts a nutrition guide PDF at 7brew.com/nutrition-guide.pdf.
